This class is perfect for both first-timers and experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique.
Each 60-minute session includes a well-structured mix of:
Warm-up and stretching
Technical drills
Pad work or bag work
Optional controlled sparring drills
Our focus is on skill development, fitness, and confidence building.
If you're not comfortable with sparring, just let the coach know — we’ll provide an alternative exercise.
Whether you're here to learn, stay fit, or sharpen your skills, this class is the ideal place to start or strengthen your Muay Thai journey.
