This is your chance to become a fighter.

We guide you from zero experience to your first fight — safely, properly, and matched to your level.

No ego. No shortcuts. Just real work.

Your path is simple:

  1. Pass the Fighter Fitness Test (FFT)

  2. Complete a short interview

  3. Get matched by age, weight, gender, and experience

  4. Go through a structured fight camp

  5. Step in and get your fight done

There are events happening across New Zealand every week — we’ll find the right one for you.

Fighter Fitness Test (FFT)

You must meet the minimum standard:

  • 2.4 km run — under 10:30

  • 50 push-ups — 2 minutes

  • 70 sit-ups — 2 minutes

  • 5m rope climb

  • Tennis ball dribbling — 2 minutes (max 1 mistake allowed)

This test checks your fitness, coordination, and focus.
If you pass — you’re ready to start the journey.

To join the fighter pathway:

  • You must be a 789 member

  • You must be consistent with training

  • You must respect coaches and teammates

This is not for everyone — only for those who are serious.
