Your path is simple:

Pass the Fighter Fitness Test (FFT)

Complete a short interview

Get matched by age, weight, gender, and experience

Go through a structured fight camp

Step in and get your fight done
There are events happening across New Zealand every week — we’ll find the right one for you.
Fighter Fitness Test (FFT)
You must meet the minimum standard:

2.4 km run — under 10:30
-
50 push-ups — 2 minutes
-
70 sit-ups — 2 minutes
-
5m rope climb
-
Tennis ball dribbling — 2 minutes (max 1 mistake allowed)
This test checks your fitness, coordination, and focus.
If you pass — you’re ready to start the journey.
