Muay Thai Fundamentals (Ages 14+)
12:15 pm - 1 pm

A dynamic class suitable for all levels, incorporating a warm-up, fundamental Muay Thai techniques, and a strength & conditioning workout. A great way to stay active during your workday. Changing rooms and shower are available for your convenience.

Primary Kids (Ages 5-11)
3:30 pm - 5 pm

A fun and engaging fitness class for kids aged 11 to 13, designed to build self-confidence and essential self-defence skills. A great way for young ones to stay active while learning Muay Thai in a supportive environment.

SAMBO&Grappling
4 pm - 5:30 pm

Our grappling class blends the best of SAMBO, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and wrestling to give you a well-rounded ground game. Whether you're a striker looking to try something new or just want to improve your grappling skills, this class offers a fun, challenging way to build confidence and control. No matter your experience level, you’ll learn effective takedowns, submissions, and escapes in a supportive environment. Great way to balance your training or switch things up.

A dynamic, contact-free class for all levels, combining a warm-up, fundamental Muay Thai techniques, and pad work. Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners who want a great workout without sparring. The perfect way to unwind and de-stress after a long workday. 

Women ONLY
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Women Only Muay Thai
A fun, beginner-friendly class designed just for women and led by Kat. Focused on fitness, confidence, and non-combat Muay Thai drills – it’s the perfect way to learn new skills, get active, and break out of your daily routine. No experience needed!
