Our grappling class blends the best of SAMBO, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and wrestling to give you a well-rounded ground game. Whether you're a striker looking to try something new or just want to improve your grappling skills, this class offers a fun, challenging way to build confidence and control. No matter your experience level, you’ll learn effective takedowns, submissions, and escapes in a supportive environment. Great way to balance your training or switch things up.
Intermediate Kids (Ages 11-13)
3:30 pm - 5 pm
A fun and active session combining general physical education with beginner Muay Thai and SAMBO/grappling techniques. Classes are packed with movement, skill-building, and plenty of games to keep kids engaged while developing coordination, confidence, and discipline.
Perfect for young ones to stay active, make friends, and learn through play!

Muay Thai Fundamentals (Ages 14+)
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
A dynamic, contact-free class for all levels, combining a warm-up, fundamental Muay Thai techniques, and pad work. Ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners who want a great workout without sparring. The perfect way to unwind and de-stress after a long workday.
Muay Thai Progression (Ages 14+)
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Designed for those who want to dive deep into the art of Muay Thai, this 90-minute class delivers an authentic training experience. Expect a mix of sparring drills, pad work, clinching, and bag work to refine your skills.
We highly recommend bringing your own gear, including gloves, shin guards, mouthguard, groin guard, hand wraps, water, and a towel.
