
After spending several sessions at Marshall Laing Primary School, our team truly enjoyed working with the children and seeing their enthusiasm, energy, and willingness to learn. The experience inspired us to approach the School Board with the idea of running regular after-school classes—and we're excited to say they said yes!

Schedule: Every Monday and Thursday
Time: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Over 10 weeks, we'll deliver 20 fun and engaging after-school sessions designed to keep children active while developing valuable life skills.
What Your Child Will Learn
Discipline & Respect
Learning the difference between work time and play time while building focus, respect, and good habits.
Fitness
Developing fundamental movement skills and improving overall fitness. By the end of the programme, children will be working towards confidently performing push-ups, sit-ups, and squats with good technique.
Teamwork & Social Skills
Through a variety of active games and partner activities, children will build confidence, make new friends, and learn to work together.
Self-Defence Basics
Introducing simple, age-appropriate martial arts skills and self-defence drills that help children build confidence, coordination, and body awareness in a safe, non-contact environment.
A Typical Session
Every class includes a variety of activities to keep children engaged and having fun:
Welcome and recap of the previous sessionWarm-up (jogging and dynamic stretching)
Team games and partner activities
Shadow boxing and movement drills (non-contact)
Boxing pad work and basic martial arts techniques
More games and challenges
Fitness activities (push-ups, squats, sit-ups)
Cool down and farewellEvery session is designed to be active, enjoyable, and suitable for beginners.
