Primary Kids (Ages 5-11)

Our Kids Primary Programme runs three days per week and includes a dynamic mix of Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, and SAMBO/BJJ-based drills. These classes are designed to build core physical skills such as strength (using bodyweight only), coordination, and balance, in a fun, safe, and structured environment. We do not allow any head contact in our kids’ classes, ensuring safety while children learn essential martial arts techniques. The aim of this programme is to support your child's holistic physical development, laying a strong foundation so they can confidently choose a sport they enjoy as they grow. While we recommend attending all three classes each week for best results, we understand that some children may have other commitments. You're welcome to join one or two classes per week if that works better for your family. Please text us to discuss options that suit your schedule.

Intermediate Kids (Ages 11-13)

Our Intermediate Kids Programme is designed for youth aged 11–13 who are ready to build on their foundational skills and explore more advanced martial arts training. The programme includes Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and SAMBO/BJJ-based grappling. At this age, we assume that students already have a basic level of physical coordination and are capable of learning specific techniques and working safely with partners. However, the class remains open to all experience levels. In fact, having more experienced peers helps newer students learn faster by observing and engaging with their classmates. We focus on creating a healthy, competitive environment where students can develop through measurable progress and skill milestones. We also encourage participation in competitions, which play an important role in confidence-building, goal-setting, and overall development. As always, we recommend attending all three classes each week, but understand that families have different schedules. You're welcome to join one or two sessions per week if needed. Muay Thai Fundamentals (Ages 14+)

This class is perfect for both first-timers and experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique. Each 60-minute session includes a well-structured mix of: Warm-up and stretching Technical drills Pad work or bag work Optional controlled sparring drills Our focus is on skill development, fitness, and confidence building. If you're not comfortable with sparring, just let the coach know — we’ll provide an alternative exercise. Whether you're here to learn, stay fit, or sharpen your skills, this class is the ideal place to start or strengthen your Muay Thai journey.

Women ONLY Muay Thai (Ages 14+)

A fun, beginner-friendly class designed just for women and led by Kat. Focused on fitness, confidence, and non-contact Muay Thai drills – it’s the perfect way to learn new skills, get active, and break out of your daily routine. No experience needed!

Muay Thai Progression (Ages 14+)

This class is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their Muay Thai skills and experience training like a fighter — even if you’re not planning to step into the ring. Sessions are structured with a fight-camp mindset, focusing on technical sparring drills, advanced combinations, and high-intensity padwork that pushes your conditioning to the next level. Expect to build grit, endurance, and sharper technique in a dynamic and motivating environment.

Muay Thai Sparring (Ages 14+)

This class offers full-contact sparring under authentic Thai rules. You’ll go through 5 rounds of 3-minute Muay Thai sparring, followed by 5 rounds of 3-minute clinching drills to develop your close-range fighting skills. Required Equipment: Mouthguard Groin guard Shinguards 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves Headgear Elbow pads Make sure to bring all your gear and be ready for a challenging, high-intensity session!

Private Session

Get one-on-one attention with a 60-minute session tailored to your goals. Work directly with one of our experienced trainers to sharpen your technique, improve fitness, or prepare for competition. Pricing: Rates are negotiable – please contact trainers directly to arrange your session.

SAMBO&Grappling

Our grappling class blends the best of SAMBO, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and wrestling to give you a well-rounded ground game. Whether you're a striker looking to try something new or just want to improve your grappling skills, this class offers a fun, challenging way to build confidence and control. No matter your experience level, you’ll learn effective takedowns, submissions, and escapes in a supportive environment. Great way to balance your training or switch things up.
